| The UMass President's Office (PO) is seeking a current UMass student intern to work with a fast-moving, energetic communications team over the Summer 2026. The internship is paid, $17.00 per hour, and on-site work will be based in Boston, MA.
The PO Communications department oversees the UMass system's marketing and communications efforts. As a PO Communications intern, you will work closely with the team across digital marketing, social media, public relations, content marketing, and more to compellingly and purposefully convey the university's achievements and narratives to critical audiences and stakeholders across the Commonwealth and the United States. |

Intern - Business Associate Team

| The University of Massachusetts President's Office in Westborough, MA, offers a 20-hour-a-week internship for students enrolled at the five UMass campuses. This is a paid internship, and academic credit may also be available. The selected intern(s) will intern directly with the Business Associates Team (BAT) function within Administration & Finance. Those selected for this internship will gain valuable knowledge of the inner workings of the University of Massachusetts.
Interns in the President's Office have the unique experience of working with staff supporting various functions, including the Controller's Office, UPST, HR, Treasury, Travel & Expense, Procurement, Payroll, etc. The objective of this internship will be to support the intern in building and solidifying their procurement, accounts payable, sourcing, contracts, HR, travel, business expense, and general administration & finance business processes while building the overall customer service skills. |
