Supplier Relationship Manager UMass President's Office
Under the direction of the Deputy Chief Procurement Officer, the Supplier Relationship Manager oversees the centralized university supplier/vendor file for the UPST. The incumbent will manage the processing of supplier/vendor information for the UPST within strict time-sensitive deadlines. S/he will be responsible for overseeing daily inquiries from internal customers and suppliers/vendors, researching problems using independent problem-solving and decision-making skills, communicating issues to management, and identifying areas of improvement and efficiency.
Procurement & Bank Card Specialist UMass President's Office
Reporting to the University Procurement Operations Manager, the Procurement & Bank Card Specialist will provide support and customer service to the University on all matters relating to the purchasing of goods, equipment and services for the University through both the University Bank Card and Jaggaer procurement system.

Intern - Business Associate Team UMass President's Office
The University of Massachusetts President's Office in Westborough, MA, offers a 20-hour-a-week internship for students enrolled at the five UMass campuses. This is a paid internship, and academic credit may also be available. The selected intern(s) will intern directly with the Business Associates Team (BAT) function within Administration & Finance. Those selected for this internship will gain valuable knowledge of the inner workings of the University of Massachusetts. Interns in the President's Office have the unique experience of working with staff supporting various functions, including the Controller's Office, UPST, HR, Treasury, Travel & Expense, Procurement, Payroll, etc. The objective of this internship will be to support the intern in building and solidifying their procurement, accounts payable, sourcing, contracts, HR, travel, business expense, and general administration & finance business processes while building the overall customer service skills.
