Assistant Secretary to the Board of Trustees UMass President's Office
Under the direct supervision of the Secretary to the Board of Trustees, the Assistant Secretary to the Board of Trustees performs administrative and secretarial functions for the Office of the Board of Trustees which requires advanced administrative skills, experience, familiarity with University policy and procedures. Works with the Secretary to the Board to enable the Board of Trustees of the University to carry out its statutory responsibilities and to coordinate the relationship between the President, the President’s Office staff and the five campuses.
Information Technology Auditor III UMass President's Office

These include: - Data services such as the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and related data integrations - Reporting, visualizations, and analytics tools for self-service use of university personnel - Data analysis and development services for various business lines including development of interactive dashboards and analytics The Senior Data Engineer is a key contributor in the EDA team, providing expertise in modeling data structures and designing, building, and optimizing data mappings. They are experienced in multiple data management technologies and support data analytics and data scientists in answering complex data driven business questions.
Training & Communication Specialist UMass President's Office
Reporting to the Training and Communication Manager, the Training and Communications Specialist performs complex training and communication work in support of the Unified Procurement Services Team (UPST). Under the direction of the Financial Analyst II/MMARS Supervisor, this position will be the liaison between the University and the Office of the State Comptroller for the Massachusetts Management Accounting Reporting System (MMARS) transactions related to fringe, blended medical and unemployment (BMU), and chargeback payments. In addition, this position will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and reconciliation requirements with the State and to the University campuses.
