Manager of Innovation & Operations	UMass President's Office
Working under the direct supervision of the Associate Vice President of Strategy and Innovation, the Manager, is responsible for managing the project management team, streamlining processes, increasing efficiency, and improving business practices, consistent with the President’s Office’s strategic priorities. As a key member of the Innovation and Operations Team, the Manager will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, from department heads and subject matter experts to business analysts, application managers, project managers, and technical resources. The Manager will lead and participate in a variety of process improvement initiatives, ranging from single department/President’ Office to system-wide, cross-functional.
Senior Internal Auditor	UMass President's Office
The Senior Auditor supports Internal Audit’s goals by performing risk assessments, planning and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the University’s operations, compliance with policy and regulations, and systems of internal control. Assignments will include, but not be limited to, conducting financial, operational and compliance audits, consulting services, investigations and various projects. The Senior Auditor is responsible for performing complex audit assignments and other projects in accordance with policies established by the University Board of Trustees, The Institute of Internal Auditors’ Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and Code of Ethics (“Standards”), fraud examination best practices, Internal Audit Policies and Procedures and applicable other standards and regulations.
Data Analyst, Administration & Finance	UMass President's Office
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Administration & Finance Support Services (Access) Team, the Data Analyst is responsible for developing analysis, reporting, and dashboard capabilities that support operational and strategic decision-making across Administration & Finance.
Intern Academic Policy	UMass President's Office
The Academic Policy Intern for the Department of Academic Affairs, Student Affairs and Equity will work with the Senior Vice President on topics related to higher education policy, Massachusetts general law, UMass trustee policies, federal higher education policy, as well as summarizing and synthesizing current executive orders, memoranda, and proclamations from the federal government that impact higher education and UMass.
