Capital Projects PMIS Program Administrator UMass President's Office
The University of Massachusetts Building Authority (UMBA) Capital Project Team oversees UMBA’s capital projects on the five UMass campuses from concept through project close-out. The Capital Projects PMIS Program Administrator works as part of a motivated team reporting to the Director of Capital Projects and will be responsible for monitoring and assisting with the implementation of the UMBA’s capital programs on the University of Massachusetts campuses.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Admin & Finance Support Services, the Business Associate provides business, administrative, operational, and customer service support. This position will coordinate requests from University departments/units, suppliers, and partners, and will identify, interpret, research, and resolve issues to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction in compliance with all applicable University policies, processes, and procedures within the Administration & Finance organization. The Associate will assist departments/units on proper completion of procurement, accounts payable, contracts, sourcing, and procurement technology transactions, procedures, and available self-service tools. This position is the primary hiring path into UMPO Admin & Finance, built around a 2-3-year rotational program that helps candidates hone their overall business skills.
