| The Program Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, logistics, and communication with school staff, partners, and students; promoting and reporting on program events; tracking student participation, progress, and outcomes; maintaining accurate program records including services provided; and supporting recruitment and outreach efforts for student engagement. The incumbent facilitates workshops for program participants and works directly with a caseload of 175-200 Talent Search participants, monitoring their academic progress and academic planning and supporting them in college or apprenticeship admissions, financial aid, and career exploration. With the Director of Programs and five Talent Search Counselors, the Program Coordinator plans and implements academic, college, and career field trips and activities. |

| The Educational Outreach Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive college, career, and academic advising and readiness services to a designated caseload of approximately 300–350 middle and high school students. Working primarily within partner schools, the incumbent develops strong relationships with students, families, school personnel, community partners, and university colleagues to provide coordinated supports that promote high school persistence, post-secondary access, and long-term student success. The Educational Outreach Counselor directly supports student recruitment and enrollment; facilitates college and career readiness workshops and curriculum; provides individual and group advising; engages families; coordinates college, career, cultural, and enrichment experiences; and maintains accurate student participation and outcome data. |

| Reporting to the Executive Director, Academic and Student Affairs Budget, working independently and in close coordination with the Dean of Student Affairs and Wellness, Dean of Student Affairs and Experiential Learning and Dean of Equity and Inclusion, this individual will oversee and be responsible for approximately $75 million annually. Management of these funds includes long-range planning and projections for all auxiliary businesses including housing, campus dining, and the multimillion-dollar residential and dining capital funds, as well as oversight of procurement, financial, and administrative services of all departments within the three divisions listed above. This individual will also provide financial administrative support for academic affairs. |
