Dir Marketing & Communications (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
The Director of Marketing and Communications (DMC) for the College of Humanities and Fine Arts (HFA) is responsible for the strategic oversight and implementation of the College's marketing and communication efforts to assure that a consistent image of excellence is portrayed in all materials and for developing strategies, policies, and procedures for enhancing that image. The DMC develops and implements branding, communications, and marketing strategies, for ensuring the quality and scope of multi-media output and coverage, and for measuring its effectiveness in achieving marketing goals. The DMC promotes the College's brand through traditional and non-traditional public relations, promotional events/vehicles, and advertising in support of all activities, including but not limited to, alumni relations, arts events, advising and career services, and faculty accomplishments. The DMC exercises direct supervisory and hiring responsibility over web development/administrative, communications, and editorial staff (both full-time staff and student employees), and oversees other staff engaged in marketing efforts within their individual units, departments, programs, centers, and service areas to assure integration related to all marketing and communication efforts. The DMC also serves as a liaison with upper-level administration in the offices of University Relations, Admissions, Information Technology, and others. The DMC interacts with media outlets on and off campus, using judgment and discretion in order to best represent the College.

Assistant Director- Financial Aid Counselor UMass Boston
The Assistant Director, Counselor is responsible for communicating and disseminating financial aid information, policies and procedures to graduate and undergraduate students and families through in-person interviews, media and phone consultations; and is responsible for keeping staff abreast of policy and regulatory changes affecting student eligibility and ensuring consistency in applying policies throughout the Financial Aid Services organization. The role of counselor requires a thorough knowledge of all federal and state regulations and institutional policies governing the financial aid programs. The Assistant Director, Counselor acts independently in counseling students, awarding aid and adjusting aid packages; and is responsible for the financial aid application verification process. The incumbent uses professional judgment, in accordance with federal regulations, to adjust financial aid awards due to unique family situations, student enrollment plans and in coordination of external aid awards. In addition, the Assistant Director, Counselor is responsible for managing federal, state and/or institutional financial aid programs as assigned; including but not limited to awarding, disbursing, reconciling cash receipts and expenditures and monthly/annual reconciliations.

Head Women's Field Hockey Coach UMass Boston
The Head Coach is responsible for, but not limited to, the development, leadership and administration of the women’s field hockey program.
