| Installs, repairs, alters and maintains fluid transmission systems, sanitary fixtures, heating systems, low and high pressure steam lines, condensate lines, water lines, sprinkler lines, sewer lines; and performs other related work as required, including but not limited to, trade related asbestos abatement, repairs and/or initiates repairs on building systems such as; pneumatic control systems, heating and ventilation (HVAC) systems, cooling towers, pumps and related equipment. Employing the use and need of specialized testing and monitoring, diagnostic equipment; works synchronously with Control Technicians / trade personnel maintaining the building systems integrity, exercises functional supervision of other employees of lower grade performing related repair and maintenance activities. |

| Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Principal & Leadership Gifts, and Campaign Director. The Senior Major Gift Officer will work closely with the Associate Vice Chancellor in cultivating and soliciting leadership level ($100,000+) commitments to the University. The incumbent will be involved in the planning and/or advancing a wide range of fundraising activities and high-level, prospect-focused events; will pursue leadership gifts for a range of priorities including current use, endowed chairs, scholarships, and capital improvements; and will identify and cultivate prospects and develop solicitation strategies and coordination with key administrators, faculty, alumni, and volunteers, which is critical to the success of this role. The incumbent also may oversee special projects as assigned by the Associate Vice Chancellor for Principal & Leadership Gifts and Campaign Director. |

| The Clinical Social Worker and Coordinator for University Health Services Counseling Center will provide high quality, time-effective, evidence-based and culturally responsive clinical services, including: triage; emergency and crisis intervention services; referrals and evaluations; as well as individual and group counseling and psychotherapy, with a special focus on responding to the needs of multicultural students. The incumbent will manage a caseload so as to serve the maximum number of students who are appropriate for services at the University Health Services Counseling Center; and will consult with and/or make timely and appropriate mental health referrals for students as needed. Some extended day or evening hours may be required. |
