Position Title:    Identity Management Application Specialist/Developer (Req# 8144764)

Job Description:

Provide administration and technical support for the Identity Management functions that support the existing shared systems application environment. Resolve operational service requests and incidents assigned through Case Management. Provide project-related support and collaborate with business and technical teams to develop requirements and design solutions. Participate in Upgrade and Enhancement efforts. Proactively search for methods to improve operations and data integrity. Work with the application support staff to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Coordinate infrastructure-related efforts with the system administration staff. Support the work to migrate components to the Identity Cloud Platform. The position is based in Westborough, MA, but telecommuting from a home office is allowed.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience in IT in education. Experience must include:

Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

  • Technology Middleware.
  • Identity management concepts.
  • Identity Governance tools and technologies, including account management and entitlement management.
  • Access Management protocols and techniques.
  • Directory (LDAP) Administration.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm.
