Chief Enterprise Applications Officer UMass President's Office
The University Information Technology Services (UITS) department of the University of Massachusetts (UMass) System Office is seeking an experienced, energetic, engaging and visionary leader who wants to become part of an exciting, vibrant community of information technology professionals supporting the institution's mission. The CEAO is a member of the UITS Executive Management Team (EMT) and serves a key role in university leadership, working closely with senior stakeholders across the University for selection, implementation, management and support of critical shared application systems. Developing and maintaining direct and strong relationships with UMSO Leaders, Administration and Finance (A&F) Leadership on campuses, Student and Academic Leadership on campuses is critical. The current supported applications include HCM (“HR Direct”), Finance, Grants Administration, Effort Certification, International Travel, and Study Abroad for all 5 campuses and the President’s Office and Student Information System for Boston, Dartmouth and Lowell campuses. The majority of application services are currently provided utilizing Oracle’s Peoplesoft platforms, along with a number of smaller applications are also part of the portfolio and are supported directly or indirectly at varying levels.  As UMass continues to innovate and evolve, additional academic and administrative application functions may transition under the accountability of the CEAO, who will need broad experience in both domains.

Strategic Sourcing Specialist UMass President's Office

Contracts Specialist UMass President's Office
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Contract Specialist is responsible for reviewing and preparing contract agreements per standard policy.  The specialist executes low- to mid-dollar routine contracts and/or standard form contracts and related documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Principal Applications and Data Specialist, Student Records and Campus Community UMass President's Office
The University Information Technology Services (UITS) department of the University of Massachusetts System Office is seeking a highly experienced student information system (SIS) technology professional with subject matter expertise in student records, campus community, and student information management. The Principal Application and Data Specialist is a pivotal role in the Student Administration technology team and collaborates with colleagues within UITS, the President’s Office, UMass Boston, UMass Dartmouth, and UMass Lowell to effectively leverage our technology and business capabilities to support the UMass mission.
