Strategic Sourcing Specialist UMass President's Office
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Procurement, the Strategic Sourcing Specialist is responsible for procuring materials, equipment, supplies and services of a specialized or complex nature in accordance with prescribed procurement policies and procedures.
Contracts Specialist UMass President's Office
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Contract Specialist is responsible for reviewing and preparing contract agreements per standard policy.  The specialist executes low- to mid-dollar routine contracts and/or standard form contracts and related documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Training & Communication Specialist UMass President's Office
Reporting to the Training and Communication Manager, the Training Specialist performs complex training and communication work in support of the Unified Procurement Services Team (UPST). The Training Specialist will coordinate, develop, evaluate, and deliver educational and training programs and related communications and assist in the development of the department’s procedural, educational, and marketing materials while also supporting the management of the external facing communication channels and materials.

University Information Technology Services (UITS) of the University of Massachusetts System Office is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a distinctive blend of business, IT, communication and planning skills to enable successful achievement of strategic goals and desired business outcomes via effective management of projects. The primary purpose of the Senior Project Manager role is to lead, oversee and ensure the successful planning, delivery and management of projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints. Projects range from highly dynamic and agile to more structured.
Associate Vice President of Academic Programs and Economic Development UMass President's Office
This position is intended to amplify the capacity of the Office of Academic Affairs and Economic Development (AAED) to lead system wide and Commonwealth-focused initiatives, especially with respect to the research and development mission of the university. AAED is launching a new and more visible program focused on innovation in research, translational and applied science, enhanced collaboration with industry partners, incubation and acceleration of companies, academic preparation for burgeoning careers, and linkages between UMass Global and programs based on our five campuses to accelerate upskilling and employment opportunities. Working with our data science group in Institutional Research, we will maintain forecasts of employment important to the state and work with campuses to ensure that our programs properly prepare diverse graduates for these rewarding careers.
Information Technology Auditor III UMass President's Office
Under the guidance of Internal Audit Management and senior staff, the Information Technology (“IT”) Auditor III supports Internal Audit’s goals by taking part in evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the University’s IT operations, compliance with related policy, regulation and IT controls. Assignments will include, but not be limited to, conducting information technology audits, consultative and ad-hoc projects.
Principal Applications and Data Specialist, Student Records and Campus Community UMass President's Office
The University Information Technology Services (UITS) department of the University of Massachusetts System Office is seeking a highly experienced student information system (SIS) technology professional with subject matter expertise in student records, campus community, and student information management. The Principal Application and Data Specialist is a pivotal role in the Student Administration technology team and collaborates with colleagues within UITS, the President’s Office, UMass Boston, UMass Dartmouth, and UMass Lowell to effectively leverage our technology and business capabilities to support the UMass mission.
