Grantee Specialist UMass President's Office
The University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute's (UMDI) Regional Head Start team provides training, consultation and other technical assistance to Head Start grantees throughout the six New England states.  This training, consulting and technical assistance supports Head Start programs in their continuous improvement of comprehensive services to low-income children and families from birth to age five, with special focus on helping preschoolers develop the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in school and meeting their nutritional, dental and social emotional needs.  The team also supports Head Start programs in promoting family engagement and well-being.

e-Learning Specialist UMass President's Office
The UMass Donahue Institute (UMDI) Organizational Development and Learning Solutions (ODLS) business unit is a full-service management training, consulting and education resource. ODLS works closely with clients to provide the most effective consulting and learning solutions to meet their needs. The e-Learning Specialist role will assist with developing e-Learning modules for ODLS clients under the guidance of the ODLS Senior Program Manager. This work will require the development of custom e-Learning modules based specifically on unique client business needs and/or topics. The e-Learning Specialist will need to work closely with ODLS clients and conduct frequent design reviews to ensure modules are meeting stated learning objectives. Independent judgment and attention to detail will be critical for the person in this role to be successful. This position will also assist other ODLS team members with project coordination/support as needed.
Business Systems Analyst UMass President's Office
The Business Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for the support of the campus business operations through centrally administered software systems. The position requires a broad application of principles, theories and concepts of enterprise software and a working knowledge of related fields. The specialist participates in the development of functional specifications, delivers on project tasks, ensures the accuracy of application systems documentation and assists in the development of end user training.
Senior Network Specialist UMass President's Office
The Senior Network Specialist is a technical role in the Network Administration area supporting local/wide area networks and local security in a multi-platform operating system environment.  Candidates will be required to provide design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and end user support functions. The individual will have specific skills and working knowledge of high performance networking, security, and wireless architectures and protocols.  Required skills include general WAN transport, LAN protocols such as LAN switching, routing, Ethernet Trunking and Spanning Tree Bridging, High Availability firewall and wireless operation.  Additional experience diagnosing network connectivity status between IP nodes such as routers, servers, clients, etc.; monitoring network links for error and utilization rates; installing and managing routers and switches; supporting multiple routing protocols; and diagnosing and resolving connectivity and performance problems is also required.
Cash Management Analyst UMass President's Office
